Advanced Sport Camp

The Advanced Sport Camp, for athletes entering grades 6-9, will teach, improve, and hone the fundamentals of athletic movements with a focus on developing speed, agility, explosiveness, and strength. This camp is an extension of our full-year Advanced Sport Program and over the course of the week-long camp, athletes will be exposed to new movement patterns and sports that will elevate their overall athleticism and sports knowledge. This camp is designed to be an accessory to your child’s sports focus. It is not a heavy conditioning camp nor does it focus heavily on one particular sport. There will be new skills taught every day with guest coaches brought in to teach specialty skills and speak about their journey through sports. If your child is interested in taking their skills to the next level then this is the camp for them!
